At Oogwy, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or change your order. Please review the policy below carefully.
1. Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or completed.
Once an order has entered processing or has been finalized, cancellation may no longer be possible.
2. Order Changes
Requests to change an order (including details such as information or delivery address) must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, all changes are subject to order status and availability.
3. How to Request a Cancellation or Change
To request a cancellation or order change, please contact us as soon as possible and include the following information:
- Order number
- Full name used on the order
- Details of the requested cancellation or change
All requests must be submitted via email. Requests received after the allowed time window may not be approved.
4. Orders Already Completed
If your order has already been completed or processed, it may not be canceled or changed. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy where applicable.
5. Refused or Undeliverable Orders
Orders that are refused upon delivery or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer may be subject to additional handling or administrative fees.
6. Right to Refuse Requests
Oogwy reserves the right to refuse any cancellation or change request that falls outside the permitted timeframe or does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
